Urinary Tract Infection Panel

The SYSTAAQ Urinary Tract Infection Panel (UTI) features multiplex Real-time PCR which can detect several respiratory illnesses. The Comprehensive UTI features a 19-target multiplex, spread out over 5 assays. The Comprehensive UTI kit runs 36 separate sample reactions. The kit comes with pre-filled tubes of No Template Control (NTC) to be used as a negative control, and 5 prefilled Positive Controls, one for each of the 5 unique assays, which are to be added to each run.

The SYSTAAQ UTI Common Panel is a focused version of the comprehensive panel, featuring more common illnesses for faster results. The Common Panel features a 5-target multiplex, spread across 3 assays. Each Common Panel kit is designed to run 36 reactions. The kit also comes with a prefilled tube of NTC for use as the negative control, and a tube of Positive Control to be run with the assay, which are to be added to each run.
