SYSTAAQ CMV Real Time PCR Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification system used for quantitation of Cytomegaloviruses (CMV) DNA in human serum or plasma. This kit is designed to be used in the treatment of chronic CMV-infected patients having an anti-viral therapy to assess the response with all related clinical and laboratory findings. SYSTAAQ CMV Real Time PCR Kit uses external controls to obtain quantitative results and contains an internal control to check the DNA isolation and amplification.
