SYSTAAQ HBV Real Time PCR Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification system used for quantitation of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) DNA in human serum or plasma. This kit is designed to be used in the treatment of chronic HBV-infected patients having an anti-viral therapy to assess the response with all related clinical and laboratory findings. SYSTAAQ HBV Real Time PCR Kit uses external standards to obtain quantitative results and contains an internal control to monitor the DNA isolation and amplification.
