The SYSTAAQ HDV Real Time PCR Kit is intended for quantification of Hepatitis D Virus RNA in human plasma or serum samples. Characterized by its outstanding clinical performance the kit enables a worldwide unique analysis of Hepatitis B-positive and additionally with Hepatitis D infected patients. SYSTAAQ HDV Real Time PCR Kit uses external standards to obtain quantitative results and contains an internal control to monitor the RNA isolation and amplification.
